Neverland London, also known as Fulham Beach Club is a rooftop style beach bar and riverside restaurant in London. This is a unique opportunity to acquire items for your hospitality business or home. COLLECTION DETAILS Collection location: London, SW6. The NCM Reception will be in reception, and the site is located across one floor at ground floor level. Parking is available for 3 cars or 1 large van. There are no Forklift facilities on site. Viewing day: Viewing is available by prior appointment only on Tuesday 17th September 2024 Collection days: Collection will be available by appointment only on Tuesday 24th September to Thursday 26th September Collection times: Collection will be available between 9.30am and 4.30pm on each collection day by appointment only Collection fee for lots: not applicable for lots in this auction. There is no loading bay and no forklift on site The winning bidder is responsible for dismantling, removing and loading their own items. Services such as gas, water and electricity will be switched off prior to collections but will need to be disconnected. If your item requires dismantling, please ensure that you provide competent persons with their own tools to carry out the dismantling process of your item(s). Invoices should be paid no later than 4 p.m. on Sunday 22nd September, 2024. Please note that you are bidding on the items described only; any additional items that are pictured, such as appliances in the background, small items on tables, chairs next to tables, stock pictured on rails or displays, small items on shelves that are not described above, will not be included with this lot.
