All lots are COLLECTION ONLY by appointment only. An extension will be available for decommissioning and extraction of larger lots Risk Assessments & Method Statements - marked at lot level. All risk assessments where marked at lot level are mandatory and must be sent to info@ncmauctions.co.uk at least two working days before your collection. COLLECTION LOCATION - Leeds, LS12 - collection only VIEWING DAYS & TIMES - Viewing will be the day before the auction ends on Wednesday 8th January 10am - 3pm by appointment only. If you wish to view, please register to bid in the auction and then call us at the NCM office on 01302 898 260 to book in to view. PAYMENT TERMS - Invoices should be paid no later than 4 p.m. on Tuesday 14th January 2025. COLLECTION DETAILS Collection location: Leeds, LS12. The NCM Reception will be at the front reception. There are 2 steps up to main front doors along with ramp access Measurements of the main front doors are: Height - 240cm; Width - 170cm Measurements of the Goods In Entrance: Width - 300cm; Goods Out Entrance: Width - 260cm Collection times: Collection will be available between 9.30am and 4.30pm on each collection day by appointment only Collection fee for lots: A forklift will be present on site and will be operated by NCM representatives. Where the forklift is used to load lots on behalf of winning bidders this will be charged at the rate of £60 plus VAT per lot The winning bidder is responsible for dismantling, removing and loading their own items. Services such as gas, water and electricity will be switched off prior to collections but will need to be disconnected. If your item requires dismantling, please ensure that you provide competent persons with their own tools to carry out the dismantling process of your item(s). Please note that you are bidding on the items described only; any additional items that are pictured, such as appliances in the background, small items on tables, chairs next to tables, stock pictured on rails or displays, small items on shelves that are not described above, will not be included with this lot. A RAMS document, which stands for Risk Assessment & Method Statement, is a crucial safety tool used primarily in construction and other high-risk industries. It's essentially a two-part plan that helps identify potential hazards associated with a specific task and outlines the steps to be taken to safely complete it.
