Pipework for hot water applications made in copper.
Stainless Steel (304) Copper/kettle’ with a total working capacity of 460 litre. Insulated & clad in T&G Timber sitting on 4 SS legs. Elements x 2 single phase 6kw & 9kw.18mm Plywood Top. 4 “diameter stainless steel exhaust chimney with isolation damper, of total 1m in length. Designed to exit through the nearest wall. Other chimney configurations will be a chargeable extra. Mesh hop strainer in bottom of copper, level site glass and sample valve. 1.5” RJT drain, 1” SS RJT beer out with hygienic butterfly valves. For use with Whole Leaf Hops Only
3 standard stainless steel food and temperature grade transfer pumps.
Pre PHE 500 µm hop filter plumbed into Stainless steel plate (31 plate 3 pass) heat exchanger (PHE) with a capacity of 800 litres an hour (water pressure and temperature permitting) + wall mounting bracket. Note this equipment has blue painted end plates. Flexible food grade braided hose for beer out and FV CIP.
Hydrometer/Saccharometers & jars, Scales, Thermometer, Spear & valve for racking cask beer, FV end line hook for wort aeration.
One single skin 4bbl stainless steel (304) fermenting vessel (FV), maximum brim capacity of 650litres, standing on integral stainless steel legs. CIP polyethylene lids with spray balls on 1” male RJT. One cooling panel with JG fittings, fully controllable digital Displays, to control the heating and cooling of each FV. 1” beer draw off and 1” complete drain valves.
