ABB IRB 660-180/3.15 industrial robot system, manufactured September 2022, complete with IRC5 controller. Designed for high-speed palletising and material handling applications, this model offers a 180kg payload and 3.15m reach.
The unit was previously deployed in a warehousing and distribution environment, handling relatively light loads (reportedly up to approx. 25kg), significantly below its maximum payload capacity. It is understood the robot operated on a low-duty cycle (single shift, max ~7 hours per 24-hour period), with estimated operating hours believed to be under 500).
The system has been out of use for an extended period (circa 2 years) and is currently removed from production. Last service recorded in April 2024; however, servicing is now due due to inactivity. System access was restricted at time of inspection, and software version, backup status, and full operational data could not be verified.

The compressor new is approx £250, the cabinet new is approx £450.
The cabinet has only been used twice on two projects, so is relatively new, and in excellent condition.
It has been cleaned out.
There is also the extractor unit and pipe work that is in working order, along with a new extractor fan in its original box that has not yet been used.
There is a box of accessories, such as gloves, sieve, funnel and instruction manuals.
Also the lubricator gadget that goes with the system.
All the old and used grit/sand has been removed from the cabinet. There is a new tub of blast grit to go with the items.
There is also spare New glass for the Cabinet, wrapped up for future use.
Cabinet dismantled from the stand to be able to move it out the workshop, the cabinet has been wrapped in bubble wrap to protect and is stored safely.
