Due to the impending recent closure of the site, we present the entire contents of this major retailer distribution centre to auction.
COLLECTION DETAILS
Collection location: Accrington, BB5. The NCM Reception in the customer check in cabin near the security desk, and the site is located across 3 floors. Parking is excellent with parking available for c. 50 vehicles in each of 3 car parks, and there are no height, weight or width restrictions.
There are no Forklift facilities currently available and there are 15 loading bay facilities (docking bays) raised above ground level for articulated lorries. 5 bays are also available for ground level loading
There is a goods lift across all 3 floors - although this was working while we were on site its availability cannot be guaranteed at all times.
